Welcome to this beautiful town house with private pool and room for 6 people. It is located in the centre of sa Pobla.
The terrace of this great two-storey house is no doubt the favourite place of our guests. The warmth offered by the high stone walls, that surround the amazing pool, transforms the space in a real paradise, in a magazine image, within town. The chlorine pool sizes 6.5 x 3.35 metres and it has a water depth of 1.53 metres. Around the pool you will find the exterior shower, 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy an interesting reading and a great exterior table with chairs for your barbecues and long evenings.
The recently renewed house boasts a well-cared modern style. It offers an open-plan main floor with the living, dining room and kitchen sharing the same air-conditioned space. Here you can sit and relax while watching the satellite TV and rest after enjoying an appetiser and a delicious meal cooked on the induction top. Then you find 3 bedrooms with closet and AC. One has twin beds and is located still on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs -one with a double bed and terrace and the other with twin beds. We will provide a baby cot and a high chair if your are travelling with your baby. You also have two bathrooms in the house, both with a shower, one on each level. Finally, a washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment and are located at the terrace.
The house is located within the town of sa Pobla. Here we invite you to visit the town square in the centre and the great bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine and tapas. The street market takes place on Sunday morning and here you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The train station and bus stop are also nearby, about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, although this is a spectacular beach of white sand and crystal-clear water skirting several kilometres along the coast, a natural wonder! And if you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is about the same distance away.

Summary: Well what can i say other than this accommodation is absolutely beautiful. The photos dont do it justice. Communication was flawless and the lovely personal touch of leaving some fruit and a selection of fruits was a really thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay hereafain.

Summary: A real oasis, right in the middle of a traditional Spanish town. A very short walk to the town centre with bars and restaurants. Another short walk to shops. Short drive to the coast. A totally private space to relax and do nothing. Highly recommend

Summary: This place is a really good find. It’s very spacious and modern. Everything works perfectly - air con in all the rooms, really good showers etc. Downstairs is all open plan which is perfect for a young family when you need to keep an eye on everyone. BBQ and pool were great and it was in a little sun trap. The hosts were brilliant, really responsive and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to enjoy our stay. Sa Pobla is a cute little place. It was really nice to have cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and a central square all within walking distance. It was around 15mins to Alcudia/ Port de Pollenca etc for beaches. Lots of places to park the car near the apartment. Overall would highly recommend!

Summary: The house was very clean and spacious. It was located in Sa Pobla with supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance. There was plenty of towels and extra towels were supplied just for the pool. In the middle of our 10 day holiday the owner brought extra clean towels and clean bed sheets. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of the day and very clean. The beach at Alcudia is about 13km away. We were a party of 4 adults and a second house key would have been very useful.
