Positive: Erofili Beach hotel is located in Armenistisis on the main road. Despite that, it was very quiet, all rooms are facing the sea. The property is well managed, everything is clean, the gardens are well maintained. The staff are very nice, we received a lot of information and they were always ready to help. The access to the sea is through a rather steep ladder; the entrance is through rocks; although beautiful it seems dangerous, especially that the sea was rough. The pool is well maintained. The breakfast offered a decent variety for all tastes. This hotel was a great choice to stay for 4 nights in Ikaria; we noticed that there are not a lot of hotels on the islands, but rather villas / b&b type of stay, so we were happy we chose Erofili. Armenistis is a sweet village, not a lot to do there, but there are a few tavernas and a decent supermarket within walking distance. There is also a sandy beach nearby (walking distance). Parking is on the street, everyone parks everywhere, the whole driving experience on the island is not smooth.
