Positive: Super clean and comfy. Eric and Nancy were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and a great value at small additional cost. Really convenient to the Hard Rock and amphitheatre.

Positive: We had a lovey stay at Nancy and Eric's place. We rented two bedrooms with bathrooms. This was a portion in a house with a private entrance which made it feel like our own space. House was older but super clean and well kept. Both rooms and bathrooms were very neat and clean and well cared for. Both rooms and hallway were decorated with paintings and poetry. We had access to a kitchenette that was equipped with microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, mugs, plates, etc. A special thanks to Nancy, who graciously offered to drive us to the nearby car rental office when we needed to rent a car. Her thoughtfulness made our trip so much easier. Overall it was a pleasant and welcoming stay. Thank you Nancy and Eric. We would definitely stay here again
