Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, the Airport, International Mall, and all other attractions are within a 10-20 minute drive. Clearwater and St Pete Beach are about a 45 minute drive.

Summary: This home is very spacious and has great ammenities. The view out back over the lake is breathtaking at sunset. All ammenities were as advertized. There is something to keep everyone entertained. The only drawbackfor me was the placement of the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, but they are basically adjoining. Not a deal breaker, just doesn't suit our needs for a family home. Overall great place and i would recommend to anyone for a damily trip.

Summary: Highly recommended! This place was perfect. Totally clean, super well-equipped, and very comfortable. I would have stayed there rather than going out at all. The water equipment was great as was the pool, pool table, outdoor longing area and the covered area. Will definitely book again.
