Summary: We loved going to the beach later in the day because the sand isn’t as hot and won’t burn your feet. At about 6:45pm the sun would go behind the Sapphire high rise and we could chill on the beach without the sun glaring down on us. Some days we would stay out on the beach until 11:30 at night just taking in the waves and the stars. It’s a close 5 minute walk from Condo to sand through the Holiday Inn parking lot. I got lucky one night a little bit after 11pm I was looking out into the ocean looking at the stars above and all of a sudden the sky lit up like it was day time and looked behind me to see where the light was coming from and I heard a loud boom and then it was dark again. Had no idea what it was until a couple of days later I saw a clip of Good Morning America stating that there was an explosion at Space X. Would definitely come back to stay at this rental. Nicely decorated and they had all the kitchen appliances you ever need and I noticed they even had a blow dryer and other long hair appliances under the sink in the bathroom.

Summary: I travel frequently for work, often in 2-3 week chunks of time. This place was fantastic for my purposes. The kitchen was well stocked, and I never needed a tool I couldn't find. The bathroom was clean and modern. The AC blew cold, and the view was incredible. From the Gulf to the lagoon, the aerostat, the cut, Starbase, and the launch towers, I was never bored and spent many hours enjoying the surroundings from the comfort of a temperature controlled condo. There is ample parking and the beach is just a quick walk away. For my purposes, it was the perfect spot.
