Summary: Wendy is the most thoughtful and prepared hostess anticipating everything her guests may be needing. She was present personally to make sure everything went smooth followed by a few more days of being available via remote communication via voice/video. She made us feel totally at home.

Summary: So many positives to highlight from our stay: -Wendy's great communication -The concierge (Bob's) warmth and welcome -Convenience to Montreux -Lakefront views from the sixth floor! -Quick access to the public beach a few minutes down the promenade -Ease of public transit (bus stop immediately in front of building) We are glad we didn't stay at one of the pricey Montreux hotels. Truly, not a single point of dissatisfaction.
