Joanie's is an authentic log home. It sits on a large lot, surrounded by majestic pines. We are one block from downtown in the old fashioned town of Mc Cloud. The Great Room is highlighted by a stone fireplace. You can retire to one of our 5 spacious bedrooms. The Oak Room is named for its fine oak antiques, includes a full bath and king size bed. The Pine Room has rustic pine decor with an open full bath and queen bed. The Wicker Room has a bright and cheery feel with a half bath and queen bed. The Cedar Room is a quaint and cozy loft room, includes an in room sink and queen bed. The 49er room is a fun loft room that sports fans will appreciate, includes a full private bath and a queen bed and a trundle bed. There is an additional full bath and washer/dryer available downstairs.

Summary: The house was beautiful and big enough for 10 people to stay comfortably. The kids played outside and could be kids. The kitchen was well stocked. Having 4 bathrooms was great with that many people. I will say the bathrooms were unique. They transformed closets into bathrooms. It worked out perfect. Check in was smooth. The location was perfect. Close to McCloud and the ski area. My grandson wants us to go back next year. It has something for everyone.
