Positive: The location. They were just getting the grounds tidy up and doing a good job. The breakfast was excellent. Room did had two luggage racks which was a plus

Negative: Checked in at 3:30 no one at the desk just an envelope with your name on it. We found the room went back to get the Wi-Fi code. No one around. Next day there was a bell to ring and they did respond to that. The room had a stuffed chair and a bench, no chairs.

Summary: We enjoyed the interaction with other guest. However, we would check other accommodation, McCloud and Shasta.

Positive: The breakfast was really nice. They go above and beyond to put out a nice spread. Way better than what a Best Western would offer.

Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable. A little too soft for us and I would have preferred little carpets on each side of the bed.

Summary: Really nice. Its a beautiful property with some much ambiance. The gardens were gorgeous .

Positive: Bed was comfortable, good location not far from down town Mount Shasta and Interstate 5.

Negative: The place needs some TLC outside and inside. It served the purpose while we were there but not sure if I would rebook in the future.
