Summary: We received a complimentary room upgrade with a view of the Falls upon arrival. Property is well maintained. Very friendly staff. This is a large, high-rise hotel. Elevators can be full during peak hours. The number of guests overwhelms the cocktail hour and breakfast - so be prepared for lots of other people.

Summary: We were only there one night but were more than pleased. From the parking staff to front desk they were nothing but pleasant and eager to make you happy. Great place and location!

Summary: While the location, the view is awesome. The service a little lacking. Longer queue in the elevator, some of the staff are not nice. Breakfast is the same everyday no other selections or varieties. Water not provided at all. Atleast put some water dispenser stations. Also, DAVE the lead bellman has a bad attitude didn’t even bother helping us with our luggage’s coz we got there early and not ready to check in yet we just need to leave our luggages so we can go out and eat. The other bellman came to help because I was mad and called them out for bad service. Bad service seriously

Summary: For as nice as the place was having to pay for parking was unfair. $100 a day for valet. $65 a day on site. And $35 a day off site with a shuttle bus service. I was forced off site because the size of my vehicle. Was told later because of my handicap plate could of got a discount. Either way it should be included in the cost of the room.
