She greeted us with a lovely basket of treats, and the fridge was stocked for a delightful breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself was warm and inviting, providing a cozy escape. The bed deserves a special mention—it was honestly the best bed we’ve ever slept in, surpassing even those at many five-star hotels. The village around the house is quiet and charming, perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was spotting deer at night, thanks to our gracious host, and feeding an adorable fox that visited us daily. These moments made our stay truly memorable and unique.
