Positive: It has recently been refurbished, so the general feel of the hotel is modern and clean. It is in a location with not many tourists, so I appreciated the amount of help and advice I received from the staff and the owner’s son. The room was very comfortable. It was definitely good value.

Negative: The hotel is not really geared up for catering, so the breakfast was plastic packaged and not sophisticated. Having said that, the staff made an effort to give me extra and make sure I had what I wanted. The main eating option is a family-related restaurant which is a kilometre down the road. It was fine - not so much vegetarian. This is a place where smokers can sit nearby in restaurants. Their food can be delivered to the hotel, which is handy.

Summary: A good-value, modernised, comfortable and clean hotel in a town with few tourists, with friendly and most-helpful staff,

Positive: Stop reading reviews and just book this place. Wow, I am utterly impressed by their customer service. I booked a Double Room which was the cheapest I found online, and when I arrived they offered me a more affordable single room instead and gave me an instant refund. This level of integrity is difficult to find, and I absolutely believe and hope they will be rewarded with a long-lasting and successful business based on their principles. Thank you!

Positive: the staff were very helpful and friendly, you can feel their passion toward work. the restroom space was big. there are many restaurants near the hotel. we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: the breakfast is a little bit too simple, excluded coffee, need to pay additional.

Positive: The property is very clean, the staff is very nice and breakfast was pretty good. Also, the location of this property is amazing, it’s near a lot of good restaurants and shops. On top of that, the rooms are quiet and you don’t hear the noise on the street

Negative: Only the mattress is a bit firm but not too bad.
