Positive: The property is on West Bank and is peaceful and serene. Karim offered a ride to the Guesthouse which was over and above. Opened Nov 25, everything is still new. Karim, the host, was so kind and helpful. Breakfast by the pool was amazing. It took us 10 min to walk to the public ferry. Their on site dinner you order agead of time with Karim is wonderful. Great water pressure, good wifi. Highly recommend.

Negative: Nothing - I didnt make it back in time for a swim but I will when I return.

Summary: Peaceful West Bank Oasis, Book it.

Positive: The property was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect. the owner was really helpful and picked us up from the local ferry at no extra cost. We were only there for one night and had a delicious meal at the property

Positive: We booked four different accommodations in Egypt through Booking.com, and Magic Garden House was by far the best value for money. It’s a new place with great facilities — and yes, the hot shower actually works - unlike some places where you wait forever . The place feels truly exotic, with a beautiful veggie garden where you get to eat genuinely fresh produce. The host, Karim, was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The Egyptian breakfast was delicious — fresh flatbread, falafel, feta cheese, omelette, and more. A special mention to young Sayed, who took great care in serving the food and made sure everything was perfect every single time. I highly recommend having dinner at Magic Garden as well. Hands down, this was the best traditional food we had in Egypt — especially the soup and the tagine. We honestly should have taken Karim as our guide too. He’s a qualified Egyptologist and really knows his stuff. 10/10 for Magic Garden. Would absolutely stay again. 🌿✨

Positive: It was very clean and actually smelled good, Karim was so helpful made everything easier for my friend and I. My only regret was that we didn’t book the place earlier. After my friend and I complained about having been thrown to tourists places to buy Abayas which those places wanted 350 euros he actually took us to a really good Egyptian shop and received excellent service.

Summary: Amazing, you just call Karim and he sorts everything out for you! I am definitely recommending this place.

Positive: Wow...where do we start?! We spent 3 nights here during our 1 week tour of Egypt and everything was fantastic. We were met at Luxor airport (after us arriving over an hour late) by smiling and friendly Said for our short transfer to the hotel. On arrival our wonderful host Karim together with Mohammed were waiting to warmly welcome us. The property, in reality, is even more beautiful than the photographs. It's newly built and immaculate, the pool and dining area are lovely and the gardens are beautiful. It's located in a very tranquil setting surrounded by fields yet only a 10 minute walk to the banks of the Nile. Our room was light and spacious with a lovely view. The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful bedding and the bathroom was lovely. Karim was the perfect host - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was varied and delicious, we also had dinner every night of our stay, and wow - what fabulous food!! Everything was homemade either by Karim or his family, it was so nice to have authentic Egyptian food and the quantities were vast! We booked 2 day tours with Karim as our guide. He is an extremely knowledgeable qualified Egyptologist and tailor made the trips for us which were fabulous. He also organised a car to take us the 4hr drive to Aswan for the next stage of our trip. We cannot thank Karim and his family enough for making our time in Luxor so memorable, we very much hope to return one day.
