Positive: The spacious two-bedroom apartment features a private kitchen, a small living room, and a terrace overlooking the mountains and plantations. Cleanliness is top-notch 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. All necessary utensils, bath and beach towels, high-quality cotton bed linen. The beds are very comfortable, and the mattresses are new. The shower is large. The refrigerator was stocked with water, strawberries, bananas, tea, and coffee. The complimentary from Christine was a delight and gave us time to get comfortable without having to search for shops straight away. We didn't use the pool, but it is there, and the owner cleans it every day. The grounds are very clean, cozy, and safe. The location is central, practically on the waterfront, from where you can take a motorboat to the Karnak and Luxor Temples. There's a small shop and many cafes nearby. The included breakfast was served at a cafe located within walking distance of the apartment. It's was excellent! There were three breakfast options to choose from. Everything was filling and delicious. Huge thanks to Christine for her hospitality, kindness, and the incredible cleanliness and comfort 🥰 We felt like at home 🤗 All the best and see you again 😘🥰

Positive: Absolutely amazing place to stay. 💜 Private villa. At the West Bank of the Nile river. Everything is super green all around. Very calm place. Absolutely new. Super clean. Perfect sheets on the bed. All the techniques: Air condition, ventilators. Working absolutely properly. Gas stove, washing machine. Everything is new. Feeling like a home. 🙏 Wonderful swimming pool downstairs. Especially we loved water chairs in the swimming pool. Just floating and sunbrowning. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. With normal prices. And the most amazing thing is at the sunrise. The blue sky is all around - with amazing flying balloons. What’s a view 🤩 So 11 of 10! I can highly recommend you to stay here. Without any doubts. 👍 Christine, thank you very much for your villa. It was amazing 4 days. We've spent in Luxor. We wish you a good business and nice people to come. ❤️
