Positive: We choose this home for the location- it is waterfront . We had use of the boat lift and jet ski ramp. We boated, fished, and floated the river. There top dock deck was great for sunbathing. There was spacious outdoor space for enjoying the mornings and evenings. Everyone enjoyed ping pong and billiards. The home is a beautiful and comfortable home. Nicely decorated and plenty of room for a large family

Negative: Parking was tricky when there is more than three vehicles

Summary: This is a great home and location for family time and enjoying outdoor water activities.

Positive: location, property size, dog friendly, activities

Negative: We booked through booking.com and had a great experience with "booking". "Booking" booked through Vacasa, the local booking agent. We did not have a good experience with Vacasa. Their website and app were not user friendly. None of the HOT buttons were HOT so I couldn't click on anything to ask questions or check on my reservation. I called them and we always got disconnected and they never called back even though they asked for a call back number. They were not helpful with issues we had concerns about and not willing to work with us.

Summary: It was a great home and served my family well. We had a great time. VACASA was our only issue.

Positive: The location was perfect. The arrangement of the bedrooms had plenty of space and bathrooms for groups 10+. Extended living space on the patio was ideal. The home was stunning!

Negative: Considering the cleaning fee amount collected, I would recommend Vacasa expect their cleaning service to clean the intake air vent and AC vents on the vaulted ceiling in the main room. Also, cobwebs and a dusty fan on the ceiling in main living area not very aesthetically pleasing for such a gorgeous home.

Summary: Entire extended family very impressed with this property, we all would come back in a heartbeat.
