Positive: It was charming and very clean, although a little run down in some areas.

Negative: We were very disappointed with the breakfast. The quality of the food was very mediocre and not particularly fresh. It reminded us of what you might find in an econo-hotel’s breakfast buffet.

Positive: The house is beautiful. The wood floors and painted rooms are wonderful. The stencil work adds character. The room was cozy. The electric fireplace was a nice touch. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was friendly.

Negative: House needs a little love with peeling paint. Breakfast food was cold. No decaf coffee.

Negative: I bought the room for a romantic night and it said king suite with a jacuzzi tub and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I was told when looking In the tea room and asking questions about what bath salts I could use,I bought the room for the jacuzzi so was very disappointed at that.
