Positive: The accueil, the Comfort, the Early chech in time, Nice Room, very Clean 🫧, nice Private Bathroom, Breakfast 🥞 included, Pool Access Open 12h per day, microwave, refrigerator, iron, lock 🔐 closet, sink, TV 📺 my stay was so nice 👍🏿 up for Element, one key for each person, dish fork, spoon 🥄 knife 🔪 🍽️ available, table chairs couch 🛋️

Negative: Front desk agent was rude & rushed when asked questions. Very unprofessional and never again. Hotel was clean but breakfast had no variety for the price point. The pool was great. When asked about a room with no pets or accessibility. We were told we would be in an isolated area. We were placed in a hallway with no access to view anything. Our car was parked and normally most hotels you can see it. This one had us tucked away in a cozy cave like setting. Very nice lobby but no views & the pet per floor is getting ridiculous. We love pets but it should a few floors dedicated. For non pet policy. Tired of paying to sleep behind stained carpet. From soiled pet waste left behind. Most hotels dedicate the top floors for non pet policy. This one did not & won’t book with this particular one again. The front desk lady stating isolated. Just seemed like she was punishing us & putting us in a dungeon. Also forgot several food items. There was no follow up call or anything. I would say please accommodate seniors with lower floors also not just pets. Some seniors like the first floor for convenience. Pets are not people so please take this into consideration. Love the Marriott brand but was disappointed this visit. Room temperature only goes up to 78 degrees also. So through the night it was cold. For the temperature at Christmas in New York City was literally 21 degrees. So heat was monitored and chilly. Normally I don’t leave a review. Yet the front desk experience was a turn off. Also the breakfast was disappointing & the chilly room. I would ask for a partial refund. Yet know I got what I didn’t pay for. Pretty packaging but lacked the Marriott brand quality.

Summary: Nice but overpriced, breakfast can use a step upon variety. Also room was chilly.
