Positive: I checked in around 4:30 or 5 pm on Saturday I don’t remember name of this female at the counter desk but she was very polite and helpful this is how customer service are done great job from her

Negative: I think breakfast was great fresh and honest I mean not like other places where breakfast exist but so as fresh and tasty as this hotel so I can say the best experience
