Summary: The good: Large rooms with kitchenette. Pet friendly but didn't see any. Modern facility. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The bad: overcharged my credit card, room not clean that good with hairs on bedsheets, towels and in shower, dust on floor and not vacuumed around beds. Definitely a minority here. Area is a bit sketchy and didn't feel safe walking to my car at night in the parking lot as a caucasian women. Weird place to put a hotel.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean The staff was super friendly. There was an issue with the tv, and Jerry came right up to take care of it. He was so kind and even recommended a few restaurants and places to go in order to enjoy the stay even more!!

Summary: The only issue i had was on the last n8ght of my stay it seems that the occupant in the room next to me had a dog that woke me up twice during the night. Soundproofing in walls not vwry good.

Summary: Took a solo trip for the evening and ate Japanese! The location of the element hotel was perfect and conveniently located in the middle of Savannah. The hotel was nice and clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant when I was checking in! The room I stayed in was large and very accommodating. I’ll definitely be back!

Summary: I applaud the check in and out process..the staff was very professional and kind. The General Manager was there assisting with breakfast. The cook was fabulous. It was very busy and she never looked defeated. Service with a smile. Everyone pulled together to ensure each customer was taken care of!

Summary: This is my second time using this location and this won’t be my last time as the staff here are amazing and caring about everyone they assist. This hotel is in a great and quiet location and is very safe.
