Summary: We were welcomed by two very nice young men, which can mean so much to a weary traveler. We helped ourselves to the tea provided in the reception area. The hotel is quite new and clean

Summary: This hotel was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Every person that works there is exceptional. I was there for almost a week due to medical reasons. They were extremely accommodating with my disability. They went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and comfortable, from helping me get breakfast (which was difficult by myself with a walker), to helping with my bags, and making sure that my room met my ADA needs. Speaking of rooms, the ADA room I was in was wonderful. I had ample space for my walker to move around, and a shower transfer chair attached in the shower, I didn't have yo bring my own. The shower had a mounted shower head, as well as adjustable height removable shower head. There were grab bars in the shower, as well as around the toilet. I had a stove top, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes I needed, including pots and pans. Breakfast was terrific, and they will custom make your eggs pretty much anyway you want them, no additional costs or fees. They had a great Greek yogurt station with several toppings options, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, and then the hot stuff: French toast sticks, pancakes, egg white, bell pepper, tomato & spinach bites, egg bites w/cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage, roasted potatoes, and on some mornings, grits. There's also an amazing espresso/coffee machine that's available to use during breakfast hours, again, no additional cost.

Summary: The place is spotless; the location is terrific; convenient and ample on-site parking; tasty breakfast with coffee house quality coffee; by far, the friendliest staff we have ever encountered.

Summary: Was a decent place to stay and affordable. Only issues I had were the walls were thin so you could hear people in the next room clearly. Also was told we couldn't have any extra towels or washclothes. They maid literally counted them as she switched them out. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and only 3 towels and 3 washclothes.

Summary: Cleanliness in the rooms. Incomplete kitchen utensils. Breakfast area in the morning was chaotic. There were no plates or utensils and a long line to get to the main breakfast items. Not coming back.

Summary: The room felt incredibly unsafe! There was a gap under the door i had to out towels at because tou ciuld see slap in it... i.coukd hear WVERYTHING AND COUKDNT GET ANY SLEEP.

Summary: For a wellness-themed hotel, it is anything but. Aside from the massive check-in failure (I waited over a hour for a room; the lobby filled with at least 4 parties, including me, who were all told their room type wasn’t ready yet), this hotel brand is far off the wellness mark. 1. Harsh, single-mode bathroom lighting → No circadian sensitivity, no wind-down support. 2. Audible, force-slamming doors → Design failure. This alone disqualifies a hotel from any “wellness” claim. 3. Paper-thin walls / audible conversations → No acoustic privacy = no mental rest. 4. Unannounced room entry (even if procedurally allowed) → Breaks psychological safety, especially after a failed check-in.
