Summary: The only cook was out sick on 1 Sep so there was no made to order bfast as advertised. There should be someone else so the guests dont get slighted. Also cook was very disgruntled always mumbling to himself and seemed bothered by customers on the other days

Summary: This was a very nice, new-looking, clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities were nice. It was a great location, not far from downtown, but outside the chaos.

Summary: Very clean, practically new facility. Excellent breakfast daily (weekend hours for breakfast different than weekdays). Everyone on staff was super helpful, nice hangout area on the first floor, easy to reach. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Kansas City.

Summary: Rooms are Clean ,but the walls are thin , no privacy you can hear people talking in other rooms. Hard to get good sleep . Breakfast is not very good. Won’t be back .

Summary: Enjoyed our overnight. Hotel is clean as a whistle, and contemporary in design. Welcoming staff--front desk, breakfast crew, cleaners. Room was spacious and functional for the two of us. Large hot shower was a plus. Breakfast was cooked to order. Open, sunny, lobby where we enjoyed a hour of peace and quiet. Safe location. We will stay here again.
