Summary: There is multiple reasons why I would not recommend this place. It was not as advertised. Porch was so dirty and cob webs everywhere. If you are a large group staying and plan to do anything other than sleep here do not book. There is not enough dishes, utensils, etc. If you do decide to book this VRBO make sure the address is correct. The address was not correct when I booked it and that is what we based our rental car off of and a lot of plans. That was extremely inconvenient to say the least. We didn’t have a code upon arrival to get in so we had to call the management service. The wifi info that was at the VRBO was wrong and so was what the provided in a message. It just went on from there the entire stay. I will say we did eventually get the right wifi info, we did get a code, some things were taken care of. The management team was available 24/7 so that was helpful for everything that didn’t go well.

Summary: Overall the house was very clean, proved us everything we needed, beds were comfy. Only parking for one car on the street in front of the house. Neighborhood very urban, but was very quiet. Close to downtown.
