4 Bedroom House in Monterey

Come stay for car week in this Mediterranean style villa in the gated Bay Ridge community just minutes from Laguna Seca raceway (you can see the race track across the valley from our family room). Our home has four bedrooms (two for adults and two for kids), two large living areas, a separate formal dining room with ocean views, a large kitchen, family dining area, laundry room, and office. The primary bedroom has ocean views, a bonus room with a Peloton, walk-in closets, and a large primary bathroom with a standalone jacuzzi tub. A second room has a private deck, full bath, and large closet. The two kids rooms share a jack and jill bathroom and walk in closet.
We have a welcoming and sunny courtyard with a heated pool and hot tub. There is also a 700 square foot deck with a fireplace to take full advantage of sunsets over the stunning ocean views. The backyard has a kids play area, and outdoor dining area. The tree-studded quarter mile long driveway leads to a three car garage, with fast charging for any electric vehicles.
This is our home and we only rent it out on special occasions. So you will have everything you need during your stay, and will see some of our personal items in various areas of the home. We will be in town during your stay to meet you at the property when you arrive and help with any questions while you are here.
