Summary: The room was in good condition, but there were no services, as there was not even a phone in the room, and no area for storage either. Very basic for travelers.

Summary: Parking was easy. The staff are courtesy and professional. This was my second time staying here and my first time leaving a review for them , what compelled me to do so was them willing to work with me for an early check in. I never asked for an early check in during my first stay but due to my plans it was necessary this second time around and luckily they allowed it . This sole reason is enough for me to want to leave a review as they did not have too . For the price you pay it’s about what you would expect . I always check for bed bugs and did not find any both stays so that’s always a plus . I would stay here again if there price range remains about the same otherwise I would just pay the $60-$80 difference towards a name brand hotel.

Summary: Cute little cottage type rooms. Covered parking adjacent to room. Walked to near by shopping center. Staff were personable and kind. Would stay here again.

Summary: The room was very nice, comfy beds, nice shower / toiletries, friendly manager accommodated my early check in, and in the morning I got coffee, oatmeal, and a muffin. I will stay here again the next time I go to Universal Studios

Summary: I absolutely love staying here just for the staff alone. This was our second time Coming but this time bringing our kids. I somehow only booked a one king bed and they had no problem upgrading me free of charge to the two king room. They are very kind, funny, and are available when in need. I recommend staying here for Universals Studios as it’s not too far, the parking is secluded and private, and easy to get in and out of.
