Positive: The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space so guests never feel crowded. We stayed at El Beso Adults Only and truly enjoyed the privacy it offered, while still having access to all the other facilities on the same grounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable — Ivan and Fredy at the El Beso restaurant were fantastic, always providing excellent service. Ricardo was full of energy and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Elisabeth from the entertainment team had such a positive attitude and amazing energy — we even had a super fun tequila tasting with her. This place is worth every penny and more. Definitely a destination worth visiting — and one we look forward to coming back to.

Negative: The beach was unfortunately not accessible during our stay due to a heavy amount of seaweed — of course, we understand this is not the property’s fault. The location is also not within walking distance of any town or city, so taxis are necessary, and they can be a bit pricey.

Positive: We stayed at the El Beso Adults Only area and it was the best choice. The rooms in this area are very spacious, modern and have a big confortable bed. Also the El beso pool is quieter and there we couldn't feel the bad smell coming from the beach (caused by the amount of sargassum). The food was excelent, specially at the buffet with a lot of variety and quality. Restaurants à la carte Hacienda Girassoles and Blue Moon have great food and a quick service, while the others à la carte were just OK. Mike's coffee was my favourite spot, having a lot of coffee choices and treats in a relaxing ambient.

Negative: The night shows should start after 10 p.m (instead of 8 or 9) because most of the time people book dinner at 9 p.m and this way they cannot attend the shows. One time we waited for 2h40 at the Blue moon restaurant and we only got the appetizer and the soup. After 2h40 we gave up and decided to grab a snack at Mike's coffe (as the buffet was already closed). No scuse or explanation was given to us about the service that night.

Negative: Most of the time, one person at the reception takes ages to check guests in or out. The first room we got, on the ground floor, had a very strong mold smell. They did not have another room available, so we were downgraded for one night and only received our proper room on the second floor the following day.

Positive: Upscale room with a great view from the balcony. Very comfortable mattress, robes, slippers, large room & bathroom. Very quiet at night in our room but really enjoyed the live music at night in the lobby and the fire show. Workers gave very good service and our room was kept sparkling clean. Shout out to Lenin the Bell Boy who took good care of us the day we had to leave.

Positive: Relaxing in Adult section, huge swimming pool , not crowded, comfortable bed, big room, good size balcony, variety of food in the buffet.

Negative: Ordering taxi from hotel stuff for 15 min ride to other hotel $50 one way vs Uber for $10 then waiting 15 min for ok from the reception to let Uber in.Electricity on & off. Smelly poor ventilated room due to dirty AC filters. Very loud chatty to each other cleaning crew in the early morning waking people up. Large number of raccoons at the property fighting for food. Beach was full of seaweeds, not cleaned compare to same day Hilton hotel.

Negative: Extreme long check-in. Reception staff continuously forgot to fulfill our requests. They promised compensation but was also missed. At arriving nobody told any piece of basic information.Just took room and left.
