Summary: We arrived late {1030pm} with only one night stay due to airline cancellations, but Sylvia at the front desk was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Room is huge & modern, incredibly view. Breakfast :delightful staff, many options, incredible coffee! Clash check out with a nice man who helped us out with our luggage on a rainy day!

Summary: We loved it here. Our rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool. It was easy to catch a bus into Florence and the managers were really helpful with all of our questions. Finally, we loved the breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a nice dinner poolside our first night.

Summary: Danielle, lucila, franchesca and all the stuff were absolutely magnificent, helpfull and took care of everything. Breakfast is super, the resturant was great! And the best is the view, maybe the greatest view in firenze. Thank you, i will defenitly come back

Summary: Very nice place. Booked because of the positive reviews and the place did not disappoint! Lovely setting on the hillside, build mostly in natural stone. Nice setting by the pool for breakfast / restaurant. Spacious room (suite) with great views. Very friendly staff and atmosphere! Would certainly come again!
