Summary: My only complaint was that the safe did not work and they were unable to fix it and the refrigerator was stocked with items for for sale so I had to go buy a cooler

Anton Sep 11, 2026 10:14:30 PM
Summary: Everything was great and we enjoyed ourselves.I’m having a issue with my bill, and feel I’m being overcharged. The stay experience was very nice.
Ramiro Sep 8, 2026 12:44:08 AM
Summary: Ok. For tye price. The beach umbrella policy is a scam
TONY Aug 30, 2026 12:18:47 AM
Summary: The toilet flush was broken. Not a big deal but we had to lift the cistern lid to flush. It should have been noted and fixed before the room was let.
Aaliyah Aug 28, 2026 05:27:29 AM
Summary: Pool bar staff were attentive. No complaints there although they did forget to bring a few drinks. Hotel was nice and clean. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the pool. We stayed for 5 days and I did not see one pool attendant. To have to be in the pool and avoid human hair whilst swimming wasn’t a nice feeling. For a luxury hotel. I do not expect to experience that.

Summary: We got a free upgrade with a large balcony and ocean view. In the left set, we can see sunset on the bay. On the right side,wd can see sun rise from the ocean. Great experience! Thanks a lot!
