Summary: On my birthday I was waiting for the car with my husband and a member of the staff asked me if this was my birthday because I had a vase with flowers. We introduced to him and my surprise was that Salvador sent me a birthday cake with Gwendaline. She not only broth the cafe but she sang a Happy Birthday to me with an incredible voice. I really enjoyed this amazing detail.

Summary: Hotel is quite nice, although not as nice as neighbour Fountainbleu. We had reserved a premier ocean view room and got there a bit early 1 p.m. and they had no room ready. Went to get some food in the beach restaurant for an hour and when we came back they had only 1 room available on 3rd floor (= ground floor). Even though requesting upgrade they still had us wait another hour and then their best offer was 5th floor (of 21), but since we have kids we couldnt wait anymore. 5th floor was OK but would definetely been better 10th floor or above for ocean view. Lively pool area, but 3 pools so not crowded. No supermarkets nearby so you will need to buy everything at the hotel (expensive). A Lunch for 2 adults/2 kids is approx 100$ at beach restaurant.

Summary: Great resort/hotel the people are over the top with great service and friendly smiles. With so many options in Miami Beach you would think a classic like Eden Roc would slip up but all the contrary. I highly recommend this place for couples and families!

Summary: The grounds of the property (pools and beach) were outstanding! Very clean and well maintained! Unfortunately, the room was dated and very worn. We also had 2 situations where we were charged “accidentally.” The first was for $60 at a restaurant and they fixed it promptly. The second time was for $480 and had we not checked our account, we would have never known. They did take care of this after we notified the front desk.
