Summary: Check-in and Check-out seriously under-staffed, it took 20 minutes just to get to the front of the queue both for check-in and Check-out. Having 1 person only at 08:30am is crazy in a hotel this size. It seems obvious the management are either cost saving or unable to hire. Either way the staffing levels of the front desk are completely unacceptable.

Summary: The entire hotel from start to finish was better than the pictures!!! Staff was plentiful and extremely helpful and polite.every single employee made it their job to make my family vacation their responsibility! I really could not have been more impressed with cleanliness and attention to detail.
