Positive: Good value and location. We’ve stayed here before and always been happy with the rooms. The A/C is a little finicky but it works just fine when it gets going. The beds are pretty comfortable and the water is hot! Will stay here again.

Negative: Nothing. It was fine.

Summary: We haven’t been disappointed at this budget motel.

Positive: Location was excellent and the price was great! The bedroom area and the sink and vanity were very clean.

Negative: There was a strong fragrance in the room when we arrived. We discovered a feminine product in the bathroom garbage. We were not impressed by that discovery.
