Summary: I’ve stayed in better hotels for less than I paid; definitely not worth the what we paid. Room smelled/ felt musty. Creepy guy always in the lobby watching our every move at night- made us uncomfortable; not sure if staff, guest, or what.

Summary: I do not recommend this hotel, poor services, there where no iron, nor the table where to iron cloth. I had to ask at the front door before the get me an iron, with no table, so I ironed my clothes on the bed. There were bugs in the room.

Summary: Staff barely speaks English and had to call some One to figure out my reservation. Breakfast area and food was sub par. Other freinds staying this weekend had leaky toilet and a bed sunken in the middle and stained towels. I’ve stayed here for 5 years and it only gets worse every stay. I’m booked for next weekend and it’s my last time here……

Summary: Son and I came to town for an event downtown. Room was nice and staff was ver friendly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or staying Des Moines.

Summary: Didn’t have a great experience here. A lot of homeless people outside around the hotel in the parking lot. Hotel room walls were very thin and could hear conversations in the rooms next door and in the hallway. The rooms were very small and didn’t feel super clean. We experienced someone running in the halls back and forth yelling in the middle of the night.
