Positive: Comfortable, clean , lovely & warm . Tastefully done throughout. Has all the facilities you need . Great shower .

Negative: I’m being really picky here so please bear that in mind. We missed our King size bed (bed was comfy tho) & the parking was tight at the front so I had to go on the grass which I don’t like to do. The only pub in the village within walking distance is permanently closed- that all said we did enjoy our stay & we’re out & about every day.

Positive: We were self catering but all facilities we needed were in the property; clean and in working order. Brilliant for exploring the area.

Negative: Parking was very near the road and on a bend. Pleased we did not have children with us as property would not have been suitable - because of the road and no outside play area in the vicinity.

Positive: Loved the cottage was lovely and warm , had an excellent walk in shower and large spacious bedrooms. The cottage had everything we could have possibly needed, there were tea bags, milk , washing machine, dishwasher with tablets , vegetable oil, foil, cleaning products, hoover, matches , wood for the log burner etc. The lounge had two comfortable sofas and lovely tables with lamps . The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything.

Negative: I personally found the bed rather hard , would have liked a softer bed or topper on it.Front bedroom.However my husband didn't mind it. My son had the back bedroom and said it was comfy. The road was sometimes noisy early in the morning, but there was an Agricultural sale in Hawes whilst we were staying at the cottage, out of everyone's control.

Negative: Rather inadequate parking in front of the property - not a huge problem as we parked a little further into the village which was fine.
