Positive: This is our second visit. We stayed only 3 nights but had a very nice little break. Staff was friendly location, beach, food , snacks were great for the value.

Positive: great area on the decking at the back of the hotel but the pool was rammed with kids and was noisy. Everyone had taken a sunbed before 7.30 which was not desired. Probably wouldn't have sat around the pool anyway.

Negative: it was the usual large hotel that was packed with a lot of families because it was end of season. Not the best experience with loud inconsiderate people banging doors at 3am, kids running up the corridors and the room next door snoring and chatting until 4am. Advice. Move the headboards so they are not back to back would be a good start and don't go end of the season...

Positive: The hotel was very clean, the location was beautiful, and the food was tasty and varied. The whole family, including children under 5, had a great time.

Negative: I can't think of any negatives.

Positive: The water park was really good. Nice green areas. The evening entertainment was good. I liked that there were lots of fridges with water readily available. Checkout time was good at 12pm. The robes and slippers in the room were a nice touch along with the bottle of wine and fruit delivery.

Negative: The family room was very small and not enough space or storage. There could have been more toilet facilities around and cleaned more frequently. I didn’t like that the sun-beds around the pool areas were crammed in. Didn’t like that there was no children’s play area. Dining room air conditioning wasn’t the best. More staff needed on the bars and Starbucks counters serving drinks.

Summary: We had a nice pleasant stay and made the most of our stay.
