Negative: Wardrobe in bedroom fell to pieces and injured both of us, staff could not really be bothered. Big cockroach in bathroom one night which they did remove. Tried to charge us for drinks on check out which we had not had. Cleaner did not clean bathroom whole time we were there. They only emptied bin and supplied toilet roll. Kettle was provided but no cups.
