Summary: The location is excellent, only 10 min away walking from the old town. The apartment is in a very quiet area and with a beautiful view. The room is spacious and has a balcony, a big closet and fridge. There is also good parking space and the instructions for self check in are clear.

Summary: The hosts were very helpful in a situation, which was not under their control even before we reached the property and we are really grateful for their advice and help. The location was quite nice, Dubrovnik's Old Town is about 15-20 minutes walk. The room was quite bigger than we expected, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool the room, but afterwards it was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy and we had all the things we needed for our stay. The check-in is very practical and you get all the information you need when booking. There was a spot waiting for us at the parking lot in front of the house. A really great experience, thank you DUBROVNIK HAUS suites!

Summary: My stay at Dubrovnik HAUS Suites in September 2023 was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions. But what really made my stay special was the host, Nevi. She was so kind and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time. When I got sick, she went out of her way to get me medicine and make me breakfast in bed. She also gave me great recommendations for things to see and do in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend Dubrovnik HAUS Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Dubrovnik. Nevi is a fantastic host, and she will make sure that you have a memorable stay. Special note: I was especially grateful to Nevi for her kindness when I was sick. She made me feel so much better, and it was clear that she really cared about my well-being. I will never forget her hospitality.

Summary: Great location - walking distance from the Old Town (from Old Town it is uphill though). Local bus stops nearby so it was easy to see different parts of Dubrovnik. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and answered questions quickly. Room had all the basic things we needed.
