Summary: Everything and everyone from check in to check out were amazing. So nice to stay in a place where people working seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and gave excellent customer service.

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel before and had an amazing experience but this time unfortunately we did not have the same experience. The pro's: room was very clean, the staff was very nice, and bed was comfy. Con: the particular room we were placed in was next to a maintenance room and it was so loud. The walls shook and it felt like there was a loud truck rumbling under our room the whole night. By the time we realized it was not going to quiet down it was too late and we just wanted to go to bed. overall i would stay here again but would request not to be next to a maintence room.

Summary: Great stay as usual. Comfy bed, great food and drinks, and very friendly staff. The only things to improve would be taller nozzles in shower that have different settings for water flow, and warmer pool

Summary: Our family had an amazing time. With both breakfast and dinner included with drinks, we were thrilled at every opportunity to save money. The hotel was very clean and well kept as well as the rooms. The staff were all very pleasant nice and seem to do their jobs very well. We are now fans and looking to stay and return again.

Summary: There was breakfast and dinner every night. The food was fresh and tasted good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable to me. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I have stayed here previously and will do so again in future trips there.

Summary: This hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance and quick drive to the highway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we’re always appreciative of the scrumptious breakfast at the Drury Inns.

Summary: Very clean, great location and good price. Only two downsides: line for the evening reception was so long we skipped all together, and the pillows are seriously lacking. Otherwise great hotel!

Summary: Nice hotel with great amenities like an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoyed happy hour and breakfast. The lines and set up for the food and drinks could be improved. So crowded and walking into people trying to enjoy their meal. Hotel was clean and comfortable beds!
