Summary: My stay was amazing. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is well kept and the grounds are excellent maintained. The food was great and there were many activities on the hotel grounds to keep my family entertained. Room service was excellent. This is my future hotel when I got back to Cancun. I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I highly recommend. The poll activities and pool staff were all great. I’m glad the I chose dreams Riviriiera hotel.

Summary: Excellent all-inclusive resort on Riviera Maya. Short ride from CUN airport to fully gated resort. We were upgraded to "club level" as a perk. Large but not gigantic, well maintained with three large pools (children, mixed, and adult). Private beach suffers a little from kelp but pools make up for it. Very friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of food and drink. Breakfast was primarily via buffet, dinner at choice of small-ish al la carte restaurants. Definitely more relaxing than big resorts in Cancun Hotel Zone.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at Dreams! We felt like Royalty! Food was great, hotel is clean, staff are incredible, lots of families too. Large complex with lots of space! Shout out to Alex, our friend at World Cafe — always taking care of us and our children, he was amazing!

Summary: We had black mold on our ceiling above the bed where the Air Conditioner blew out from the vents. The balcony jacuzzi was leaking / not properly functional majority of the stay which caused my partner to slip , fall and resulting into serious elbow injury. The staff was amazing, food was amazing besides the room issues. We were never transferred to a new room without the black mold, but other than that the experience was great!

Summary: Bottle of choice was not given till day before departure. The hotel is out dated and hardly any elevators where convienant. My closet and room doors wouldnt shut properly. I coupd hear people loud thru the walls. Amenities and tablez for shows too expensive. VIP coupons were not given at check in, but delivered a day before departure. Bell hop was scheduled for 430am pick up and they didnt arrive till 440 but my ride to airport was already there. Spa was ok but dirty water and my lady was too rough luke she was new to massage or didnt know what she doing. Used elbows frequently too painful. Salon charge too much for simple things. Lash strips are 25 dollars smh.
