Positive: Location very quiet with lots of lovely walks around. You need a car or need to enjoy walking which was fine by us. Accommodation was very spacious and well kept and the pool was lovely.

Negative: The only thing would suggest would be to have another fridge freezer maybe in the utility room as the accommodation sleeps up to 8 people and one fridge isn't enough especially if you aren't all in the same family especially if you decide to eat in rather than go out which is what we did on this holiday.

Summary: Very chilled out place and would definitely recommend.

Positive: We had a wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa. Clean, comfortable, with every facility you'll ever need and the most helpful owners who were super quick to respond to any questions we had. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and very peaceful, and the villa's various seating and dining areas on different levels make the most of stunning views of the Orba valley, mountains, the sea on the horizon and the adjacent pine forest. The private pool is well maintained and provided hours of fun for our family. A truly memorable holiday.

Positive: Every aspect of this beautiful villa was amazing. Whether it be the pool ,the 3 balconies to choose from, the upto date facilities, the fantastic views, the quiet location, the cleanliness. The list could go on, but the stand out to us was the communication from the owner. They couldn't have been more helpful, from recommendations to beaches and restaurants, to finding us somewhere to get food from late on a sunday evening on our arrival day as most shops/restaurants we could find were closed.We cannot thank them enough.

Negative: That we couldn't live here forever.

Positive: The house was really spacious, even for a group of eight people. It’s a nice view of the mountains and see, and you can spend a time on a big balcony. The equipment of kitchen is really good, you can find there every thing you need. The host is ready to help anytime you need something. Recommend this place a lot! It was 15 mins to the see and neighbourhood is quiet and calm.

Positive: Everything about this property was superb. The villa had everything a family needs for a really comfortable stay. Pool and property really clean, excellent views and a lovely peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. Denia beach is only 15-20 minutes drive and local supermarket just 4 minutes away. Communication with owner was excellent and it was obvious that he wanted to make sure that we were happy and that we had a great holiday.
