Positive: The location was excellent for our purpose. Clean, safe, with great parking. Enjoyed walking to town for coffee each morning. Short drive to the Woodruff Wildlife Refugee for easy walk and authentic Florida wildlife experience. Easy dive to Orange City for a family reunion. Would have taken in Daytona if had more time. Excellent instructions for check in and out. The snacks on the table were a welcome thing after a long flight and drive.

Negative: As a first impression the smelly garbage bin at the back deck was a put off. Perhaps a better location could have been selected. A little better instruction on entering the door lock keypad code would help. I struggled with setting the lock from outside, but got the hang of it eventually. A proper ottoman for putting ones feet up would have been nicer. TV screen was quite smudged and could use a careful cleaning.

Summary: Enjoyable clean stay. Would definitely book again if the opportunity arises.
