Summary: Such a wonderful stay, Renee was very accommodating and we loved all the personal touches. She is very easy to reach and goes above and beyond. The house is wonderful! Very clean, looks just like the pictures. Great bed, wonderful AC and hot showers! The neighbors are super friendly and we loved walking our fur babies around the neighborhood. We couldn’t ask for more. Even our fur babies loved it! Close to everything you need. Again thank you Renee for being such a wonderful host, we can’t wait to return!!

Summary: I recently stayed here with a girlfriend as we had an event to attend at a nearby state park. This cottage has absolutely everything we needed from the kitchen to the laundry to the linens and even a couple things we had forgotten like Q-tips and Band-Aids! There were even camp chairs and a cooler! Renee was a wonderful host and even provided a vegetable steamer when I inquired if there happened to be one available or I could bring my own if needed… If I ever need to travel to this area again and I hope I do, this is the place I will book again!

Summary: Stetson University is just a couple blocks away and the old homes, live oaks and buildings are most charming. Plenty of restaurants, Walmart. aldi, whatever you need close by. House is real nice and well provisioned with kirchen tools, bath towels, t-paper, etc. Nice bottle of wine, plenty of water, and even some tea-vodka drinks. TVs work fine with Roku but bring your netflix-etc passwords if you want movies. Internet was great. beds comfortable.
