Summary: Although we would have liked this place to be a little cleaner (baseboards not fully clean, dark smudges around door handles, cobwebs on light fixtures), it was perfect for what we needed - a place to stay close to our son. It was funky cute inside. It was nice to have access to the hot tub, and although we knew it was going to be a shared space, it felt a little weird because the hot tub is on a deck that's attached to another rental, so we felt like we were invading their privacy a little. It would be great if you were renting multiple units with friends and were sharing the space with people you knew. The property management was great to work with and responded promptly to concerns we had. We would stay here again.

Summary: Easy check in, clean and organized. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find. I circled the neighborhood several times and finally saw the number painted on the curb.

Summary: We wanted a place close to downtown but away from the noise. This property fit our needs. A couple of things as a heads up. The floor is uneven in spots and the shower is small. Not a huge impact for us, but a nice to know.

Summary: Home is a located in a cute neighborhood right near downtown. About a 10 min easy walk. Perfect location. Home was perfect for myself, my husband and our almost 3 year old. Had everything we needed and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. Portable AC worked great. Shower is pretty tiny, but I read that in other reviews so I knew.. but it is VERY small. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of extra sheets and comforters. Would stay again!

Summary: This is a cute, comfortable, clean place that is incredibly well situated to downtown with all its fun attractions. The place is roomy and quiet and the hot tub was very easy to access and private. I highly recommend it!
