Summary: This location and apartment set up is ideal. Loved that my college kid came to hang out and invited friends. This never has happened in 4 years of staying in a hotel when we come to visit. We were able to cook, relax on the patio and walk around town without having to deal with parking and a DD. The only improvement I can think of would be a patio heater.
