Summary: The washing machine is absolutely filthy. The front desk didn’t have quarters as they said they did. 30 min later they found quarters for the wash machine. One of the wash machines was out of order. Pump hand soap would Be nice since they offer all other procducts in a pump.the hallway carpet is so warped you can’t drag your suitcase down the hall

Summary: Came into town for LOUIE CK show. Front desk super friendly, gave us cookies. Room was super clean n comfortable. Hotel is a solid location close to food. Bar was super nice.

Summary: The air condition in the room was terrible. Had a hard time just to make it tolerable. Then the fridge was set to defrost when we got to the room. Had to be switch to refridgerate. The maintenance ended up giving us a box fan due to how hot it was in our room. The outside fountain in the courtyard is gone so the pictures of the hotel is misleading. Overall it was way overpriced for this type of hotel and needs a ton of upgrades to the property.

Summary: 1. Bathroom drain makes a hummer noise if the upper floor guy uses their shower. 2. Bathroom ceiling paper was removed for a large area. 3. False alarm happened on Saturday night, but there was no information front desk. 4. Fruits quality of morning buffet was aweful. I found mold inside of almost all of Boisen Berries. Melons were perished. Please return money or give us some kind of voucher. Points to my Hilton 887164482 is also good.
