Positive: Staff is very quick and efficient. never had to wait much for anything, (housekeeping requests / restaurant service requests). Rooms are nice and modern. The territory is very green and beautiful, looks like a jungle.

Negative: Cocktails at the bars are really hard to drink. Maybe poor quality of alcohol or poor bartender skills. But all tbe other hotel guests seemed to enjoy it a lot so maybe it’s just us. Music at the rooftop bar is rather loud, it goes until 11-pm or slightly longer, keep it in mind while traveling with sensitive sleepers / kids.

Positive: We are visiting this hotel for the 3rd consecutive year and really appreciate its location, friendly staff and green surroundings. Great hotel for a family vacation. It is relatively clean and pleasant.

Negative: - Hotel was a little crowded especially during dinner because usually time for food is only 1,5 hrs (dinner for 2 hrs). It would be good to extend a little to make it less crowded - This year we travelled with a toddler an infant, and rooms are a little small for that. Even though we booked the biggest available - This year me and my wife had a food poisoning on different days and we don't eat food off-the premise (in the room, pool, or the beach). That was unfortunate.
