Positive: Loved the fact that we had dedicated guest services individuals assigned to us and constantly in touch via a whatsapp group chat. Hira, Ozlem and Ipek were incredibly helpful and responsive and truly made our stay very enjoyable. The food and drinks were fantastic also and the property has tons of options. We loved the meals at Turquoise, the drinks at the lobby bar and desserts at the Godiva cafe. The ability to order drinks directly to your deck chair via QR codes was very convenient also. Facilities were all great. We enjoyed both pools, the Kids club (with our toddler) and the main beach. We were always able to find free deck chairs / loungers, so even though there were quite a few guests, it was not crowded per se. Our toddler loved the Rixy kids club and we spent a decent amount of time with her there. The location of the property is noteworthy also - it is only a 25min car ride from the airport and a 15min ride from the city center / Bodrum fort. Highly recommend
Negative: Felt the rooms were a little dated, but extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Plus we spent most of our time outside of the room anyways.

Positive: The property is huge and beautiful has the resort vibe. The staff very cooperative and professional
Negative: The entertainment system is less than expected and needs to compete with Rixos resorts in the world. There no snacks after 9:30 pm and have to wait to midnight to get a snack if you miss main restaurant time.
Summary: The resort is nice but needs improvement to reach to real Rixos standards elsewhere in the world

Positive: We stayed in June 2026. Amenities, cleanliness, service, super friendly and helpful staff, food, beach, pool, everything is top of the top! Excellent! The hotel is new with clean, luxurious and high quality rooms and venues. I couldn’t praise the staff enough, they are so friendly, attentive and helpful always with a smile. We even had personal assistants that we could send a WhatsApp message whole day for anything and they would immediately respond within minutes solving our problem. Food is abundant in amount and variety, and top quality. Beach is super, calm, clean sea with silky sand and with refreshments constantly served. The hotel is also kids friendly, with a kids club with super fun staff open from 10am to 11pm. You could not go wrong with this hotel, highly recommended!

Positive: Overall the experience was amazing. The selection of food was incredible, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a sea view room and the view was excellent. The resort is very fitness, fun and experience focused which we really liked.
Negative: There was live music playing every night from 9:30 - 11:00pm in the lobby area. If you have a baby of children, it is very hard to get them to sleep during this time while the music is going. The music can be heard from the furthest villa!
Summary: There is only one word that would sum this trip up, Incredible!
