Positive: Great little find in Suli — basic but very clean, perfect for a backpacker keeping costs low. The location is ideal, right next to the bazaar which comes alive with food stalls in the evenings. The room is small but has everything you need, exactly like it was advertised. Enough space to pray so I was happy. I was even messaged before arrival to see if I needed anything, which was a nice touch. I ended up extending my stay. The manager, Shah, was brilliant — always checked in and gave helpful suggestions on things to do. I walked pretty much everywhere from the hotel, but there are plenty of taxis right outside too. Highly recommend for a simple, comfortable stay in a great spot. And felt safe for a solo female traveler.

Negative: Just a heads-up for other Western travellers: the bathroom has a squat toilet. Shah did offer me a disabled-style attachment to use, but I decided to just embrace the squat toilet 😅 — more of a surprise than a negative!

Positive: The owner is super helpful! I Had a medical emergency and he made sure that i will get the right and good treatment. The room was nice and clean and the hotel is super close to the market.

Positive: The hotel has a perfect location right in the city center – the bazaar and evening food markets are just a few steps away, so everything you need is within easy reach. The accommodation is simple and offers basic facilities, but it’s absolutely fine if you’re staying for one or two nights. A big thank you to the owner, who speaks very good English and is always willing to help with anything you need. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place in the heart of the city.
