Summary: Upon entering the house we had noticed ceiling tiles were falling from the bedroom ceiling. There was even some in the closet, so they knew it was happening. Overall it was a very nice place. They just need to fix the bedroom ceiling since it is an inexpensive fix for such a beautiful home. Very well stocked kitchen and other little extras. Would bring a fan for air circulation for the bedrooms. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Summary: This was the perfect place for my parents and I️ to stay close to my son in Rockledge! Close to the port, the beaches, and Kennedy Space Center. The house was clean and spacious, with excellent amenities such as the pool, cornhole, grill, and board games. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was super easy. Most importantly for me, it was very clean!

Summary: We were there to watch a softball tournament and it was conveniently located for us. The shed had things to keep everyone occupied. The pool was clean with a screen to keep any bugs away. It wasn’t heated but great if you wanted to cool off. The checkin/out was very easy and pleasant.

Summary: Great house with big fenced in yard. Comfortable and clean with all the amenities you need! Just wished there were ceiling fans and TV’s in the bedrooms. The house was easily located to restaurants and not far from beach.

Summary: I have been to Cocoa Beach before, and knew it would be easy staying about 20min away. I'm so glad I did! This house was super close to grocery stores, drug stores, and food. It was also very close to downtown Cocoa for shopping. The house itself was super clean and comfortable - we honestly ended up spending more time relaxing at the house than going out and exploring. The pool was enjoyed tremendously and the yard was perfect if you have pets. We didn't utilize the fun shed but it was nice to have that option and probably would have if we'd stayed a whole week. My only complaint, and it is very minor, was that the bedrooms get a little warm and there are no ceiling or floor fans in them to use. I would absolutely come back to this house though, and just bring a fan with me! :)
