Positive: It was the perfect location for our family Christmas trip. Everybody had their own space to chill in, my husband lived the fire pit and Hank (the dog) loved exploring the back space. The kitchen was outfitted wonderfully well. The only suggestion would be to have some shelf space for guests to place their cracker and such.

Negative: No place in the kitchen or pantry to store our food items.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again.
