After full days on the sand or exploring town, downtime at home base will be a blast with the game room in the garage complete with a ping-pong table, foosball table, flatscreen TV, and home gym! When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group will be in paradise with the gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, high-end espresso machine, stainless steel appliances, island bar seating, and all of the tools needed to whip up tasty meals. And, everyone will love sitting at the spacious dining table or kicking back in the living area on the plush sofa for casual movie nights with the whole gang.
This home is comprised of three spacious floors, so no one will have trouble finding their own piece of paradise. The lowest floor is home to two bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and a desk for remote work. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with the kitchen, main living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The top floor will be a hit for the kiddos, as one bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, a flatscreen TV with a gaming console, and a sofa. The last bedroom has a king bed, wonderful sunroom, mounted flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.

Summary: This house is perfect!!! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Had everything you would ever need. Lots of towels, beach chairs/toys, game room, kitchen fully stocked of everything to cook with. Very clean for a pet friendly home. Air purifiers in every room along with TVs, with streaming. It was a great walk to the beach, coming back there were stairs, but you have the option to drive if needed. We will be back here when ever in LC.

Summary: We had a fantastic time. The house is spacious and perfect for a large group. The kids loved the living room area, ideal for everyone to hang out, play games, eat, and watch the sunset. We only wished we could see the ocean from the spa. I would recommend it!
