Positive: There was a nice coffee machine and the main floor space of kitchen and family room was comfortable to have our breakfast etc. It was also quiet.

Negative: The unit is 'over advertised' as Luxury Super house. The kitchen is updated and there is a nice coffee maker (with no instructions) but the basics of paper towels were not available while we did have them in all of our other rentals. Also, the carpets and walls and upstairs need a refresh. The Eir code brings you to the neighbors house in a separate subdivision so we were thankful that owner was outside and gave us directions to go all the way back to a main road and go into a totally different section of houses. He said it happens all of the time. Also, we could not find the washing machine that we were later told was in the garden shed...not where I want to go when I am washing clothes on a rainy night

Summary: It was 'just OK.' It met our needs but I would not stay here again.

Positive: It is absolutely a wonderful property. It was very large for 4 people. Kitchen is absolutely amazing, my wife was sad to leave. House is located in a quite neighborhood. It is very comfortable, with large living space, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The shower is great with all the jets. When I come back to Ireland, I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Large comfortable house. The owner was very helpful when I did speak to him.

Negative: Check-in was not good. Did not have any contact with the owner until the neighbour telephoned him! The house has a lot of technology, which is challenging unless you are very tech savy. Which I am not!

Negative: Dissatisfied with the cleanliness. Both shower rooms were carelessly cleaned. Started food and drinks left in the fridge. Spider webs hang between the sliding doors in the kitchen.
