Negative: Check in time on the Radisson site is incorrect- shows 3pm when it is 4pm. I had requested an earlier check in time a week earlier, I followed up with a phone call to the hotel that morning. I was asked by the staff at reception to check back within an hour and watched as they checked in a wedding party of guests. It was clear that the wedding party were being prioritised over other guests. This was the only disappointing aspect of the entire stay.

Summary: Decent stay in a lovely hotel.

Negative: requested twin room- two beds made up separately but not easy to split as fixed stands on either side made it difficult to separate although could be done

Positive: The staff were very friendly and engaging. We never felt, for one bit, that our needs weren’t met. Although, there had been delay with the room availability, they were accommodating, and upgraded our room from standard to superior! Overall, it was a great first experience with this hotel. After our stay, the staff were kind enough to recommend some unique activities that my partner and I can try at Cork.

Negative: I wish they have a small fridge for the rooms just in case guest can’t finish their food, they have somewhere to store their food or even get a cold beverage. Plus, I just wished the linen were given a touch of colour instead of just plain white.
