Enjoy a little bit of paradise at this cozy, open concept home. Fully renovated with Brazilian cherry flooring in the living and dining areas and kitchen. Convenient to everything the island has to offer; our beach access to the Gulf of Mexico beach is a quick walk away. The heated, in-ground swimming pool is yours alone and next to a spacious patio and expansive deck.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedrooms have queen beds. Flat screen televisions are in two of the bedrooms and the living room. There is excellent wi-fi service to keep you connected. Updated, fresh linens for bed, bath and beach are included and a full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the family bathroom.
A full complement of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils fill the generous kitchen cabinets. Dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator with icemaker make meal preparation easy. The newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops is adjacent to the dining area and sundeck, both of which have tables with seating for 6. The charcoal grill can be used on the patio or on the deck.

Summary: Our four day stay on Boca Grande was lovely the house was great - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We really enjoyed the pool. The walk to the private beach was easy. And it was a fun golf cart ride down to town would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Had a great week with family at the condo. Saltwater pool onsite was clean and warmed. Owner was kind, very responsive, helpful. Looks like last few years storms had been harsh on other parts of the island, but this place - and the beach that was just a quick few min walk -- were perfect.
