Summary: Checkin was easy, contrary to some reviews, I believe they now have a receptionist which wasn’t there for previous check-ins. Unit was very clean, tidy. Convenient to facilities. Would recommend. Surrounding area quiet .

Summary: Communication was poor despite multiple email messages left for the remote reception service. I did not know about the complicated check in process and this was not a stress free experience. I arrived a to 11pm only to discover that the code for the key safe was invalid!! Eventually managed to alert the out of hours person to let me in.
